Terms of Service

1.1. This document constitutes an official public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Konoplev Aleksandr Aleksandrovich (hereinafter — the "Provider") to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the "Customer") to enter into an agreement for providing access to the BanquetPro cloud service (hereinafter — the "Service").

1.2. Acceptance of this offer occurs upon registration in the Service and/or payment of a subscription. Upon acceptance, this offer becomes a binding agreement.

2.1. The Provider grants the Customer paid access to the BanquetPro cloud service for banquet event management, including:

• Creating and managing a restaurant menu catalog
• Building banquet proposals
• Generating personalized guest links
• Managing confirmations and payments
• Hall layout planning, scheduling, and staffing
• AI analytics and recommendations

2.2. The Service is provided as SaaS (Software as a Service), accessible via the Internet.

3.1. The subscription fee is $290/month.

3.2. Payment is processed in USD via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

3.3. The subscription includes all Service features with no limits on banquets, dishes, or users.

3.4. A free 30-day trial with full access is provided upon registration.

3.5. Payment is due in full before each billing period.

4.1. Access is granted immediately after registration (trial) or upon payment confirmation.

4.2. The Service is accessed via web browser at banquet.pro using the credentials provided during registration.

4.3. The Service is available 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance windows.

4.4. As a digital service (SaaS), no physical delivery is involved. The Customer receives full access online upon subscription activation.

5.1. Refunds are available within 14 calendar days of payment by contacting the Provider via email.

5.2. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
